FRUA Announces Second, Annual FRUA Scholarship

For the second year, FRUA is proud to offer a scholarship to a deserving high school senior  who will be continuing education in fall 2010 at an accredited two or four-year college, trade or technical school. 

Applicants must be a FRUA member’s dependent child adopted from Eastern Europe/Eurasia/Caucasus.

The deadline to apply is Saturday March 13, 2010.
