FRUA GIFT MEMBERSHIP

Thank you for your interest in giving a one year membership to Families for Russian & Ukrainian Adoption (FRUA) as a gift.   A FRUA membership is the perfect gift for a newly adoptive parent, Mother's Day, a birthday or any other special occasion!   The recipient will receive our quarterly journal, The Family Focus, and member discounts to chapter events, our annual  educational  conference and merchandise.  What a great gift!

When answering the questions below, please fill in your contact information.  You will need the name, address and e-mail address of the recipient.  We will send out a gift announcement for you, along with a membership form for them to fill out.

 Membership fees are listed below. Please check the appropriate Regional or National box.  If you have any questions, call our voice mail box at 703-560-6184 or e-mail treasurer@frua.org   Please allow 6-8 weeks for the arrival of your welcome package.

To pay with PayPal please click on the PayPal link below to make your dues payment. Please enter your chapters name in the "Item" box and your chapters dues amount in the "Item Price" box on the PayPal screen.

 To pay with a check please note the dues amount for your chapter and send your check, payable to FRUA, to: FRUA, P.O. Box 2944, Merrifield, VA 22116. Please note on the check that you submitted your form via the web site.  Please note that when paying by check, there is about a two week delay in processing the application.
